3. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of final delivered work transfers to the client, except for third-party assets and our pre-existing tools or frameworks.
4. Revisions & scope
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds. Work beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
5. Liability
We deliver our services with professional care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.
