- Completed Services: Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client.
- Work in Progress: Services where a significant portion of the agreed-upon work has been completed by Bright Web Solution.
- Third-Party Costs: Any costs incurred by Bright Web Solution on behalf of the client for third-party services (e.g., domain registrations, hosting fees, stock photography licenses, software licenses) are non-refundable.
- Consultation Fees: Fees for initial consultations or strategic planning sessions, once rendered.
- Services Requiring Continuous Maintenance: Services like SEO, social media marketing, or ongoing website maintenance, where work is performed on a continuous basis, are typically billed monthly and are not subject to refunds for past periods of service.
- Projects with Client Delays or Non-Responsiveness: If project delays or non-completion are a result of prolonged client unresponsiveness, lack of necessary information, or failure to provide timely approvals, refunds may not be issued.
Important Note: Digital services involve intellectual property creation and resource allocation. Once work has commenced, refunds are subject to careful evaluation based on the specific circumstances of each case.
